Final Battle

Is there a trick to beating the final battle? No matter what I do, I just can't beat it. I tried for an hour and keep getting destroyed. Is there any cheats or anything I can do? I just don't have the skill.... :(

Okay dude - This is how i did it. Get to half speedchange direction like a lunatic and fire like your life depended on it. It just needs...luck sadly

The points you gain in each mission actually increase your odds. Weapons do more damage and theirs do less.

I've gotten a perfect score on all missions (I think it's 4 points apiece) -and- make sure you get the Enterprise weapon upgrades from the Harry Mudd mission. This mission will get wildly easy.

The odd thing is that I followed a a walkthrough closely, and still didn't get 100%.

For me, it was just a lot of trial and error and save scumming. I got destroyed so many times but what helped was going in reverse right at the start of battle and firing away at Enterprise 2 before the other ships arrive. After I somehow destroyed Enterprise 2, I was one hit away from being destroyed so I immediately focused on repairing the ship and dodging the other 2 ships attacks as they are much weaker.

Once the ship was repaired, I took on the 2 ships and destroyed them.

In a german adventure forum we did a community playthrough for the game about a year ago. And since a lot of adventure fans don't like action parts like the space combat we created a small tool that allows you to win every battle with ease.

Just start a battle, create a savegame, leave the game, start the tool, start the game again, load the created savegame and destroy the enemy ships.

The tool constantly keeps the engines and weapons of enemy ships damaged, so that
they don't work. That way they don't move and don't attack. You can easily hit them
until they give up or are destroyed.

So if you just want to see how the game ends this might be an option for you.

Take the pirate ships down at first, 3 Take your time with the Enterprise 2, with phasers burn the shields down and then full blast with protontorpedos, but dont let this ship look at your at front or your get blown with the Romulanian Plasma Cannon and may the forces be with you ^^
