Gamepad controls?

It has gamepad support, that's awesome, but....what are the controls? I worked out the fire button and menu system but...I'm not totally sure it works on an X360 pad really....sadly

It's really meant for a joystick.

I've managed to get it work for the most part on the 360 pad, everything but the triggers are assignable. Would of course be great to be able to use those too, but you can get most essential functions mapped to the gamepad, and only occasionally have to press a keyboard key.

This game works with any controller that windows recognizes. We have a bunch of controller profiles up on the link wolfbite posted.

We also have two KeyBinder applications that can help you create your own if you have a rare controller:

I played this years ago and it is brilliant. i have now downloaded it from steam and want to use a controller , i cant find any files on my pc to be able to use the xbox360 controller mod or find the .ini file to use the keybinder prog.

Please help

The controller profiles are in the "configs" folder inside the game folder.

For the Steam version this is probably something like C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Edge of Chaos/configs

You can download an Xbox360 profile from our download section on http://www.i-war2.com and put that .ini file into this folder. Select it ingame and it should work.
