enhanced texture mod question
alright i got the following problem

everytime i start the game i have to activate the mod again if i look in the flux file before the gamestart it says the mod is active but when i got into the main menue and look after the mods it is deactivated even if i go into the game itself it is off

so my question is how i can prewent that i have to set the mod active again each time i start the game

This is the only mod that I know of so far where you have to unzip/uncompress the file to the mods folder itself. A folder named Enh_Textures should be inside the zip. Just unzip that into the mods folder.

Also make sure to modify your flux.ini file (found in the main Independence War 2 install directory) so that the part in [FcDetailSwitchNode] looks like this:
[FcDetailSwitchNode]
global_detail_scale = 3
cull_detail = 0
box_detail = 0

alright thx already had it like described of you only diference was i had the enh_textures folder still inside of his enhanced textures folder

Actually those settings seem to be wrong, at least in my case, I would recommend using thqt instead
[FcDetailSwitchNode]
global_detail_scale = 0.9
cull_detail = 0.001
box_detail = 0.001

It seems to be more respectful of the way those settings were intended to work
