The no Single Player option

Hi everyone! Just bought this old classic but cannot play single player. I have taken advice from others here and installed the WinCDEmu download. I have no idea what to do next. Any help would be much appreciated.

Download an ISO file from somewhere and run it with WinCDEmu.
Example:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/nanolinux/files/nanolinux-1.3.iso/download

This will create a virtual CD drive and the game will work.

Any other way like altering the executable like Steam should have done?

Nobody has hacked it yet to get rid of the check completely. Not even on the GOG release.

Then there SHOULD HAVE BEEN A DISCLAIMER warning of the extra DL requirement in order to play... Instead of helping themselves to my money and "too bad so sad"

It's your problem if you cannot mount an ISO file. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to do that.

I'm getting sick of the people constantly complaining about this petty issue. Just read or refund it. Quit whining.

There is in the requirements :"Additional Notes: Optical (CD/DVD) drive required in computer for game to start"

Late to the party but thanks, using WinCDEmu works a treat. The insert disk request has now gone and the New game, Load game, Instant action single player options are all now showing in the game menu.
