Weird game behavior... (Long and Spoilers!)
Okay, just had a strange reaction from the game just now...

First, I decided to try a new playthrough and be a jerk. So, after the introductory tour through the facility, I went to the apartments, had a chat with Eve, and got my uniform. I then went to the dining room and got the fire extinguisher, which I then used to slowly bash my way through every door in the apartment complex that was locked.

Eve's room was odd. No photos (to be expected), blood in the bathroom (not expected). But everything else was pretty normal. Most every room was identicall and empty of anything useful. Took Buck's keys, but eventually got told my shift was ending. I'd only gotten halfway through the third floor at this point.

So, I went out to the facility and stole Buck's car, going back to the train station and taking the train out. Buck It ending. So, I got back to the main menu and tried to Continue.

The game was knocked out of fullscreen mode and into windowed mode to tell me that it couldn't find a save file. Odd. I alt-enter'd to get it back into full screen and started a new game.

When I got out of the train station this time, Buck was nowhere to be seen, though he appeared in the car when I took it to the facility. He then vanished again when we arrived. Instead of going into the facility, I went to the apartments and marched right past Eve without doing all the conversation entries. I went up to the first floor to find that Eve's door was smashed in, but no others were. I went inside and found myself wearing my uniform all of a sudden. I then exited to find all the doors smashed in except mine (#7).

So, I went down to the ground floor to get the fire extinguisher to discover that it was already in my inventory. Okay... I then finished what I started by bashing more doors in, finishing the third and fourth floors. Found the keycard as expected, but nothing else of interest. So I decided to exit the game.

Which promptly crashed. : /

And thus ends my tale of strange behavior. Hopefully useful to the devs in some way. My guess is the game didn't properly clean itself after the Buck It ending, for whatever reason, and I got a bunch of repeat data.

Indeed, when did this happen? We updated the game today where it deletes the old save game if you either finish the game or press new game.

About half an hour ago. So, yeah, this build (probably)

Ah, you pressed new game without restarting, meaning the old variables were still in memory. Will get it fixed, thanks for this!

somehow i like this idea of a game that remembers some events that didn't take place in the"new" new game somehow adds an extra layer of creepiness, might of been a mistake but it certainly sounded creepy enough to me.
