Movie Video Won't Play

So the opening and ending videos won't play. For some reason when they do, the screen goes green and all you can hear is the audio. Is there a fix for this?

I've also tried install a KCP.

This same thing is happening to me. Game works fine otherwise, but get audio only and a green screen for the movies.

Locate the file you usually start amnesia with - either the .exe file or a shortcut. Click right with mouse and under "Open" should be "Open with graphic processor" in there make sure that the game will turn on with Integrated graphics card and not the Nvidia or other card. If the preferred graphics is set on other graphics card, click on the "Change preferred graphic processor" - then change setting of the graphics processor to Integrated graphics and hit save. When you open the game the video should play.
If that doesn't help, update your graphics processor drivers and install a kodek pack.

Only way I have been able to watch them is to go to the file where you have the game downloaded and there is a folder called "movies" and watch them from there.

Getting to where you would normally watch them from in game is under the albums tab in the beginning menu.
