Is there a way to play the game without Orion ?

Orion is so boring, useless and is takes too much time of the game in a useless and boring talking , he really gets on my nerves. I shut him up by skipping, pushing the mouse button but sometimes I am just too speed on the button and skip some reading of the character I am playing.
Is there a way to play the game without Orion ?
