Other Otomes Similar to Amnesia: Memories!
I've been really eager to find out about more otomes similar to Amnesia: Memories on Steam. I've already heard of Code: Realize (which I know isn't on Steam, but I still think it's worth mentioning), and have been wanting to play that too, but I don't have a PS Vita. So, maybe I could take some recommendations? (I already play some Voltage, Cybrid, and NTT Solmare otomes as well!)

The vast majority of otomes I've played were freeware games I found in the lemmasoft forums. Some of the visual novels there are excellent, and a good portion of them are legally free to download. Most of them weren't all that similar to Amnesia, though. I think Amnesia's considered pretty unique for this genre, to be honest, since the game doesn't revolve around starting a relationship like most others do.

If you'd like a couple specific titles, Hakuoki is also by Idea Factory, and it's pretty good. You can get it on Android, I think. (Though I haven't played much of it because I'm too cheap to pay like 30 dollars for the whole thing. ) I also liked the Voltage game Star-Crossed Myth (Ichthys is the best, FYI), the Halloween Otome by synokoria, and this one browser based date sim called Reverie by Amiralo. It's a pretty weird one, though, but it's really good!

Also, I think Cupid is on Steam. It's not really a romance game, though, more just a story about romance. A really good story, I might add.

There are two games like Amnesia, Dandelion: Wishes brought to you and Nameless: The one thing you must recall and they're also on Steam.
Dandelion is a game with 5 diferents boys you can choose , has english subtitles and all voices are in Korean, and Nameless is produced by the same company of Dandelion.
Good luck with your searching ^^!

I'd also like to second the recommendation of the Cheritz games Dandelion and Nameless. They both have a great story with interesting characters, Dandelion does involve some stat raising, but Nameless is closer to this. It isn't similar stary wise but Backstage Pass is another otome game, it's in early access at the moment, but will be coming out complete on January 1st with its voices. It’s made by Sakevisual and they have a pretty solid history with visual novels.

Outside of that heading into the realm of arguably smaller less professionally produced otome games:
- Cinders
- Magical Diary
- The Men of Yoshiwara: Kikuya
- Lucky Rabbit Reflex!
- Always Remember me
- Pyrite Heart
- Blue Rose
- Nicole
- Royal Trap
- Date Warp
I personally wouldn't put them on the same level as Amnesia or the Cheritz games, but they can be fun if that's what you're looking for. Some venture into the realm of stat raising etc, but it's nothing extensive. They mostly aren't the same theme wise to Amnesia but like K-rollin said, Amnesia is somewhat unique in that regard.

Outside Steam is Yo-Jin-Bo, which is a bit of a classic. You should be able to buy a digital download version at JAST if you're interested. Also if you ever get a Vita or psp, Sweet Fuse is also a cute game.

I haven't played either of those, but I'll give you a third recommendation on them anyway, since they've been recommended to me so many times. Once there's a good sale on them, I'll probably play them myself, but they're kind of pricey otherwise.

You can actually find a fair bit of otomes on the Play Store. Although, quite a few of them require a lot of money..
Other than that, here on Steam there's Dandelion and Nameless. I haven't done a full playthrough of either but from what I've heard they're fairly good.
