PS4 controller not working
I'm trying to use a PS4 controller connected via bluetooth and InputMapper. In the options menus, it says that the gamepad has been "Detected", but I cannot actually play with it as none of the buttons on the gamepad function in-game at all. I tried running this "pad.exe" in administrator mode as some suggested, but all that did was take away the message that a pad was even detected. I also tried using the controller via a usb cable instead of bluetooth, to no avail. Any help on this and maybe a future patch would be appreciated, as I'd love to play this with a controller.

I use the PS4 controller too. It's work but have alot of issues (button is not active and more).
If you really want to use it (not recommned). I suggest use this program http://ds4windows.com/

ps. for me I give up cause the buggy. and use my xbox360 instead.

Strange. I'm using the DualShock 4 via USB on Windows 10 and it's working out of the box. It's getting recognized as "Wirless Controller" under devices right after pluging it in. Maybe you could check there if it's working in the first place.

@SlowLife
dswindows is InputMapper. They changed the name. I'm using the latest version.

That shouldn't be the case, but for some reason it is. It works without InputMapper running, unlike anything else. That is really odd. The dpad doesn't quite function right, though.

InputMapper is supposed to make the PS4 controller work by essentially making the computer recognize it as an Xbox 360 controller. A fix for this would be awesome, also a fix for the dpad not really functioning right under these circumstances.

Weird, I'm using my DS4 without any special programs, works from the get-go :s Only thing that doesn't work is the d-pad, since it seems to take those input as a single press instead of continous.

Yeah, we've established that. For anything else, though, you need InputMapper in order for the DS4 to functino properly. That's what I find weird. It should work with InputMapper, and the dpad should work for continuous presses as well.

Just wanted to chime in: DS4 via BT on W7 x64 without any special drivers. Needed to get into the options and remap the controller before it was fully usable.
