I need the last star it seems to be in the librery but it says it is closed to inventory some papers magi stole.

I think that's the chest that is actually on the ground outside the city wall. Go out the gate and follow the wall to the right until you get to the chest.

Heh, no problem, it threw me for a little loop as well. The radar's scale can be a bit decieving sometimes.
