Bug in Windy Valley?

As part of the initiation ritual to the disciples, I climbed Windy Valley and am now at the top, but absolutely nothing happens, no conversation, no triggers, nothing.

Is that the way it works? Am I just supposed to do the platforming section in reverse and climb back down?
