Stuck on Cursed Isle =(

I've managed to clean the square from sand. I see a stair path, but it's on a cliff that I can't climb. Been running around the isle half an hour - nothing else to do. So how do I get to that stair path? Which stone to blast? Which random action to perform? Some pixel to hit? What? =(

Take the Stone of Time, put it on the pedstal to the south of the square you cleaned. It will cause a path to light up on that square.
You need to turn all the lighted squares off by walking on them. It will cause the pedstal in the middle of the square to raise.
Take the Stone off of the first pedstal and put it on the second, and the stairs will rise to get you on the cliff.

Not the OP but suffering from a similar problem. I actually answered all the questions before I did anything in Genova, did the Library there, went over to the Cursed Isle and cleaned the sand away so obviously realised I needed the Stone of Time. However, if I go to the mountain, every time I try and go past the Disciples guarding the entrance Fina says "We don't have time to waste on this, let's go to the Library and find a Magilith location!". But I've already done that! What have I missed? I can't progress as obviously I need to get into the mountain but I've clearly not triggered some flag or other to get through...

I have the exact same problem as you bluwacky. Did you solve it?

Please create a new thread to talk about it to be sure a developper reads this. I helped a few french players with this bug.
The only solution we found is for them to send me their save. I could enter in the mountain without issues.
I don't know what causes the bug, but it seems unrelated to the save itself.
