Tactical RPG-like games?

The Tactical RPG section fighting the demons and armies, are there any (simple) games just like it on PC? Simplistic with armies and enemies. I'm not too sure of the terminology of the genre (turn based strategy?), but something simple like that awesome part of EVO2 was.

I remember that Suikoden II and Saga Frontier II had such tactical war fighting elements. Though those are PSone games and not only based on those tactical fights but definitely nice recommendations :) Especially Suikoden II

This video shows you the "tactical fights" of Suikoden 2 - just so you know what you get yourself into :) And please note that it probably only makes like 10% of the game. Maybe even less (or more? it's been such a long time.. haha) But it was fun back then :)
