I have been trying to beat them for 3 hours now, I wactched the you tube video but unable to beat them....is there anyway i can pass this up...what do i do i wanna finish playing the game..

Pretty much all the boss battles are required for progression. The idea behind the shadow fight should be pretty straightforward. You can only damage the shadows in the 3D view. The shadows will hit the crystal and switch to side view. During this time you'll need to evade the shadows and jump around to hit the crystal to get back to 3D view so you can attack again. Rinse and repeat until all three shadows are destroyed.

Having the orlikon sword and armor will help immensely since you'll be able to deal more damage and have higher defense, respectively. And don't forget about the green and red potions for healing if you're getting hit a lot.

somethings not right when i jump it's kinda like it's in slow motion and when i hit it slow motion....it's like the speed is messed up...when i fall down i can;t jump on the rocks to get back up...this is my second day of this and HOURS of trying...is there anything else i can do??? I play these rpg ALL the time

I just CAN'T do this any more PULING my hair out...what a shame woud have loved to finished this game...over 6 hours on these shadows

That's just strange and shouldn't be happening. Has the game been lagging at any other point before this? If it's just this part, you might be able to get through it by going into options, then graphics options, and change all the settings t o the minimal values. The game won't look as pretty but it might provide an adequate temporary workaround if your system is struggling there. I can't guarantee this will resolve the problem, but it's something to start with.
