Just left sewers, need help.

I just left the sewers after escaping from the colliseum. I am in a town and the party mentioned finding an inn to eat or whatever. I went to the inn, talked to the guy behind the counter, and he offer me sleep for 50g. However, no matter if I click yes or no, he something about it being my loss and nothing happens.

I have explored every nook and cranny I can find in this town and there is no other inn. The only oddity is a girl in the inn with a ! above her head and she says something about a guy in the inner courtyard. What do I do here?
