Caesar 3, Pharaoh and Zeus are available on GOG, Emperor is not. I think it could be a licencing issue, but who knows.
Why would playing a game multiplayer be illegal in any way? I think you might of thought i meant you can play this game in a browser that's not the case i meant that using Gameranger you can still play this game online even though the main servers have been shut down and that cannot be illegal in anyway shape or form it doesn't breach any form of copyright it just allows people to play the game how it was originally intended to work.
I don't have enough Rum in me to be a pirate quite yet
Of course GameRanger (or Vobbly, Tungle or similar services) is legal since you need the original game to play it.
