[TUTORIAL|PATCH] Unlock Yamaha/Suzuki bikes

There was a tool back in the day called "MVA Extra Vehicles" that unlocked Yamaha and Suzuki bikes for the game. Unfortunately, many links for it are dead nowadays and the tool doesn't work with the Steam version. So, with the aid of the original phisical copy and Patch Maker, I made a little quick program that enables those bikes on the Steam version.

Just open the executable and press next on everything. If you installed MVA:U on a folder other than the default, change it on the respective step.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to create a new profile, otherwise the game might crash.
