I can't change the game Language

I chose the wrong language accidentally at the first startup of the game. Now, I can't change it, my game is in Russian. I've found the selection of languages in the Options menu, but when I select "English ", nothing happens... The game continues in Russian.

But even so, when I launch the game again, it's still in Russian.

I already uninstalled and installed the game again, it did not work.
How can I change this?

Alternatively, you can delete your game settings file and it should ask you to select the language the next time you load the game. The settings file is located at - C:\Users\[Your User Name]\AppData\Local\QUBE\Saved\SaveGames

while you're at it repairing language bugs, go on and kill the translator for german language. It's awful. To be honest, let me guess: there is no such translator - you used google translator for word-by-word-translation instead.
