This game is not just game about defending a lawn from zombies using plants, but it is a game of triumph, story, and pure, raw emotion. From the happy and dancing sunflowers to the angry torchwoods and heck even the crazy jalepenos this game and the narrative it seamlessly incorporates is absolutely astonishing. Crazy Dave is not only a man, he is a hero, defending his rightful property from the deceptive zombies under the command of doctor zomboss. The unrelenting waves crash against his front lawn, falling to the superior firepower of a not so crazy Dave. Crazy Dave does not deserve his title of "crazy" as his tactics used against the zombies are ingenious and well thought out, said tactics being simply inconceivable by people labelled as "crazy": Dave is an artist. His lawn is his canvas, and his plants are his tools. Throughout the game Dave creates new plant mutations you can purchase to upgrade. This proves that Dave is not your average man, he has mastered genetic engineering within the plants and can create new mutations and therefore new, stronger variants of plants AT WILL! This said, doctor zomboss is not sending his armies upon armies to just anybodies house for one single brain, he wants to go to Dave's house, consume his brain, and unlock all his skills of genetic engineering to use for his evil plans. Doctor zomboss knows Dave's scientific genius and wants it for himself but Dave won't let it happen that easily. His plants carry a not so intimidating demeanour however it is when in combat, the plants shine above the zombies and are able to swiftly and efficiently take down countless hordes of the zombies. Dave is a smart man and doctor zomboss has clear intentions of harnessing his intelligence for his own benefit. The cry of "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" you hear once a zombie enters the home is not terror, it is a code word. As a genetic engineer, Dave has created thousands of clones of himself, each with a self destruct device implanted within the brain, and the trigger word? its what Dave says every time a zombie comes and "eats" his brain, shortly after the crunching sounds after you "lose" a game of plants vs zombies there is an explosion and the clone is shortly replaced by a brand new Dave with the same memory, but the one draw back? Dave is unable to coherently speak, illustrating the illusion of being crazy, Dave is simply misunderstood and the deeper you go the more you can find out. Dave is a master at his work and has perfected it. The art of plants vs zombies is a strategic. Every placement and every sun collected counts. Dave is not crazy. Dave is a god among men. Doctor zomboss will never manage to get a hold of Dave's brain no matter how many zombies he uses. The plants versed the zombies, and the plants came out on top, undefeated and untouchable. I cried tears of joy playing this game this was a beautiful game of pure emotions I have not felt since playing garden warfare this game really tugged at my heart strings especially when the sun flower was happily dancing and the peashooter was shooting peas with charm and glee in the eyes.
