How can i change the language?

If you follow that (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Plants Vs Zombies\properties) you will notice that in the default.xml the upper line declare "english, US_en, eng" and other things. I tried to download the italian version, and i saw that that file was different. What i have to change to have my goty version in another language?

Good question. I've seen localization in pirate version of the game only. Shame on PopCap ;(
Those declares You talking about is just an dirrectives of XML-files, no more. In default.xml, I guess, is possible localize the error massages only.

Me too, I'd love to play it in 日本語, especially if I can get the ひまわり (himawari) song instead of the standard victory song :) ...or mod it in.

This is now possible in Spanish by a mod that adds the official translation from the fisical edition of the game, made by a Spanish user.

I have a problem with my game where eve tho its english, the dialougue is russian
