Error with bass.dll

Whenever I launch the game, it always says, "BASS_ChannelSetAttributes function not found in bass.dll". Can someone tell me how I can fix this issue? I already tried uninstalling the game and installing it again.

I've been in touch with Popcap support and haven't been to get it resolved yet. I'm pretty frustrated with it at this point...

Just what kind of file is that anyway it is not finding?
I really hope someone has a solution to this.

Usually it's because the game is finding another file called bass.dll in the system folder (usually C:\Windows\System32 in this case). You can try finding this file, and renaming it. The game should work. If you have any issues, change the name back to bass.dll.

I tried removing and renaming it and still no changes, I still get this error

I don't seem to have a bass.dll in that folder. I have batt.dll, but I suspect that is something entierly different

Rename bass.dll[2][3][4]
Rename any bass.dll file(s) found in these locations: %WINDIR%\, %WINDIR%\System32\ and %WINDIR%\SysWow64\
If this causes issues with the program that installed bass.dll there, rename the file(s) back to bass.dll
