in zen garden how can i make money offline and also how do i know to is the plant fully grown to sell them and how exactly make automatic farming offline

Zen garden works only while game is active.
When plants fully grows they start little bit shine.

Plants release a specific amount of credits each time they grow. I think it's when you use the fertilizer on them the second time is where they grown fully. I can't remember the exact amount but sea and nocturnal plants give out the most, marigolds give the least.

You also need to either spray the bug spray or play music on a fully grown plant (depending which one they ask for) and only then they will shine and give out coins. You must be on the Zen garden screen in order to make them create coins, and have smelly collect them for you if you're planning to go afk.

Also, having the snail (especially with Chocolate) helps collect coins if you want to AFK with your garden open for a while.
