Popcorn Party achievement
Do I have to replay through the adventure mode to get to the 5-8 or 5-9 levels to get this achievement or is there a puzzle/survival level that I could play to get it done?

No, you don't have to replay the game. Besides that, 5-X levels are pretty bad to get it anyway, since you can't place Cob Cannons there easily.

I earned it in Survival Endless. It seemed like best way to get it, since during later waves you'll get Gargantuars in pretty decent amounts at once. I didn't even need more than 1 Cob Cannon.
