The game was gonig to originally be called "Lawn of The Dead", but had to be changed for, obvious reasons, mainly because of the famous zombie movie "Dawn of The Dead"

Also another fact about the name- Zombotany as well as Bloom And Doom were originally considered to be the title, but were instead give a smaller role in the game, with Zombotany being the name of 2 minigames, and Bloom And Doom being the company that manufactures the seed packets.

Also Jesus Lives was another name that came about, however for obvious reasons wasn't chosen.

I didn't know it was gonna called lawn of the dead but that's what I renamed my pvz shortcut file when I first play it because how fitting it is (it's also the same year I watched dawn of the dead).
