It's an android game if you don't want to use an emulator then there's nothing that can be done. As for Micro-transactions, you are essentially also asking for a hacked version of the game, which is not entirely legal either.

I've heard of something called Project Eclise, and to my knowledge it's PvZ2 but modified to be more or less transaction free. I think you need an emulator though, so there's that.

Project Eclise is made by a racist creator that is unable to take any critisims becuase he thinks he made the "perfect" mod. Its also pretty unbalanced with a bunch if difficulty spikes and special levles that compleatly ruin the flow of the game, so i dont recommend it
