Can't Install on Windows 11 (no server to verify)

I have discovered that I can't install my fully-paid copy of PvZ on my brand-new laptop. Every time I try, it fails to connect to the server to validate the install.

I tried contacting PopCap, which became (a different company; I don't remember their name now), which became EA Games, but EA Games no longer supports ANY PopCap games.

Is there a way I can get around this glitch?

im playing it on windows 11 with no issue. you could set up a virtual machine on your laptop and install vm windows 10 , install PVZ via the vm then copy over the files to your win 11 install.

you may need to own the game on steam for it to work.
