Fullscreen is in options in game
Enable it then its done heads up Fullscreen is limited to 30 or 60 Fps

En mi caso fue yendo al panel de control de tu grarfico, ir al apartado de pantalla y colocarlo en ''escalar a pantalla completa''. Despues reinicia la pc, abre algun juego y nota si hay diferencia.

Cómo pongo el juego en pantalla completa, solo me abre en modo ventana y cuando en los ajusten lo cambio solo pone la ventana del monitor 1 al 2
