How to play Plants vs. Zombies 2 on PC?
First off, why is it not on Steam?
Second, is it even available on PC?
If not, why not?

Because Electronic Arts suck and don't care about PC and Steam, they only care about microtransactions and their Origin platform.

You can play using Android emulator if you're so desperate.
