iVRy PSVR Sound problems
Hey all maybe some of you can help me out here. I finally got iVRy working correctly since last week for iRacing but i cant get the sound on my headset and even the Spotters sound it doesnt play anymore. The general sound i cant get on my headset so for gaming i got to have the headset and PSVR together on my head which is a complete 'f**kup'.
Can anyone help?

The PSVR audio is not available on PC, and probably won't ever be. This is due to it using a proprietary Sony 3D audio format that is sent over USB to the PSVR "box" (the HDMI audio only works for 2D/"cinema" mode). When used on a PS4, the box takes the separated 3D audio sources and their positions in space and does processing on them to give positional audio over the PSVR headphones. Even if the PSVR 3D audio format was known, it would be difficult to get it working on PC, given that the audio processing is done before output on PC, so it's impossible to get the 3D audio data needed for the PSVR "box".

In any case, reverse engineering USB protocols isn't trivial, particularly when they are proprietary data formats sent over undocumented protocols to devices without PC drivers. To get audio when the PSVR is in use, you'll need to switch audio outputs (click the 'speaker' icon in the Windows system tray).

Switch to some other sound output (eg. speakers, headphones connected to PC, bluetooth), as *The PSVR audio is not available on PC, and probably won't ever be.*
