How can I get a screen shot of my steamVR dashboard overlay (HTC vive)

I have created my own widget for the dashboard overlay and Id like to take a screen shot of it to show others, is there a way to do that on the HTC vive

You can right click the SteamVR window and select "Display Mirror". In the "Main" menu at the top of the HMD Mirrow Window you can select if both eyes or only one eye should be shown, so you can get a nice big image of your VR environment. You can also press S to make a screenshot in that mirror. The resulting screenshots are stored in %STEAM_INSTALL_PATH%\steamapps\common\SteamVR\screenshots

This didn't work for me for some reason. Instead, I used Streamlabs OBS with "OpenVR Capture" source.
