Running slow

Anyone having issues with this game running slow? I saw some gameplay vidoes of this game and my game on Steam is running at like half the speed and the sound seems to struggle to play. So far this is the only game running on Dosbox that is having this issue on my PC. Any ideas?

I have this issue too. Gotta fiddle with Dosbox config in some way. I will post here if I find a favorable configuration.

I don't remember the game running like that just 6 months ago.
