Tripods? Where to buy?

As above,looking into buying 2 tripods that secure the lighthouses

I just asked that recently. Somebody said "buy a light stand" That's great but.. I would like to know as well..

ye most videos i see are on tripods,but screw in perfectly to the lighthouse

B&H Photo & Video [www.bhphotovideo.com] will have them. They should also have some pivoting heads to position & angle the Lighthouse basestations.

But do tripods go over 6'2? It's gotta be taller than yourself. First time i will say this but.. sucks being tall lol

Yes, the one listed below is upto 8' tall. Also I wouldn't rush out and order either just yet until we confirm the thread and pitch for the mounting. I'm pretty sure they use the standard threading for lighting, but I would double check the materials on the mounting before ordering something. If I recall correctly it's in the developer setup PDF for the Vive Pre which you should be able to find online. They use 1/4" - 20 threading.

He confirmed On reddit/r/Vive that is uses 1/4" - 20 threading, so the above links for the stands and heads should be good to go.

For what it's worth the commercial version unboxings I've seen show that they include a wall mount kit.
