Need some help regarding my base stations.

Ive been reading up about the fix to base stations blinking red and not tracking. I see people talking about the "lighthouse_tx_htc_2_0-calibration-rescue-244.bin" file and the other one. I dont seem to have those files in my computer. If anyone can tell me how to get them that would be awesome.
