I wish I can find some way to send the record of the chat I had to their superior or something.
Yeah support is bad, but having a support guy faking that I wasn't talking by repeating his "you're inactive" messages when I was clearly asking questions is totally making no sense.
Hearing this is disappointing, but I know I'm not canceling my order because of it. And I doubt you will either.
Even if they mess up my order and I don't get it when I think I should, I'll just whine and wait or place another order.
Sucks being an early adopter doesn't it?

First of all I apologize for the late response. I checked your pre-order information and here is what I found. You are in the wave of customers whose VIVE will ship in April. The VIVE will be delivered after 2 business days from the day it leaves our warehouse and it will require your signature to be delivered. At this time we do not have the exact date it will ship, however, as soon as we send you the product we will notify you and provide a tracking number that will indicate the delivery date. Additionally, this should be very soon since a hold was placed on your credit card back on February 29th and this is only done when we are getting close to your order being shipped."
I didn't use a credit card. I used paypal and my account was already charged.
