Game design surgestion

Hi, is there a forum or specific place to submit VR game ideas. I don't have VR technology nor the means to create a game but I was tripping on antidepressants and came up with an idea. I'm gonna write it below, please tell me what you think.

Halo tank/elephant VR simulator. The concept is that you (and your friends are operating an elephant vehicle from the Halo3 game, but it has a Schwerer Gustav cannon attach thou the middle so it can fire long range or directly in front. It'll have limited turning so mainly aimed by driving the vehicle.

There will be different stations for players to control like driver seat, gunner, mapping trajectory. There will also be mounted turrets and weapon placements.

The sim will go something like, take down landed enemy ship, or breach fortified wall for allies to enter. Enemies will engage the players on their vehicles. Most likely via ghosts or chopper or banshee (the enemy do not have to be aliens, probably rebel humans using human vehicles like the hornet). A campaign can be made with the theme of the players heading towards and altimate goal, The elephant can be restocked by NPC on Mongoose atvs coming and going via the back.

Additionally, the players can go head v head and have a red v blue battles, a player will be hosting the game so shouldn't need servers for large scale battles.

It's hard to explain and I'm no knowledgeable about this kind of stuff. But I had the dream about a week ago and I can still see what I'm thinking. I may even draw up the images if needed. If nothing comes from this, no biggy but if someone can use this idea, go ahead. Halo game models should be easy to get a hold of and programming a basic map to test it out shouldn't be too hard. Main problem is making the players. Vehicle as it'll be unique compared to default vehicle (because it'll have to be bigger and a moving cannon in the middle of it).
