Mounting base stations from ceiling?
I intend to buy a vive kit soon.

To save space, I'd like to attach base stations to the ceiling. I'm aware the base stations have a screw socket at the back, so would these work?

Is the screw thread standard?

Would I be able to tilt base stations at the correct angle if attaching these brackets to the roof.?

It's standard tripod sockets, there's one on the back and one on the bottom. The linked mounts would most likely suffice. From what I can read the stations can be put in any orientation, doesn't matter, I presume they include an IMU to know what is down.

It uses the same 1/4", 3/8" thread you find on most camera's. As Boll said.. no reason it shouldn't work.
