Removing the Deluxe Audio Strap

How are you supposed to remove the Deluxe Audio Strap once you have it installed?

Rotating the head strap down as instructed with the standard strap doesn't result in a click that detached the standard head strap. I've seen the guide for removing the standard head strap, but there doesn't seem to be any material instructing how to remove the Deluxe Audio Strap without breaking it.

Anyone have any luck removing the Deluxe Audio Strap without damaging the strap or the HMD?

Basically, I just pressed it down in its position. So, I would find on the web how to attach it, to guess how to detach it.

Ended up just pulling on it and it popped right off. Mechanism is similar to that of a snap button, like on a pair of jeans, but it's made of plastic.

This being the first time I've removed it, I'm already seeing wear on the plastic. From the look of it, I'm guessing it probably won't withstand more than a couple dozen snaps before the fitting becomes too loose. Don't recommend removing the Deluxe Audio Strap very often.
