hp omen 17.3 i7 9750h gtx 1660 ti vr ready ?

I just received my omen laptop it has i7 9750h cpu and gtx 1660ti gpu 12gb ram I run steam vr but it says not ready for vr cause of the 1660ti so before I pull the trigger on a rift s or oculus quest id like some imput nvidia says its good to go so not sure whats going on
