Stutters after about 3-6 minutes of any gameplay.

From onward to beatsaber, it will stutter in a few minutes until I either move my mouse or click on the window. I tried changing priority. This has been happening since I moved.

Ok. There are numerous reasons stuttering happens and nailing it down to the true cause might be a bit of a chore.
