If fiddling with your AA settings and SS does not give you the desired results, your best bet is going with a headset with higher resolution. Which one is a totally different discussion.
I never owned the standard vive beforehand, so I'm unsure of the improvement the vive pro gives.
However, what I can tell you for sure is, distance objects still aren't as sharp as I'd like them to be. It makes me think there is no way I could downgrade to a standard vive now.

NO!! you have no clue. also turn off advanced supersampling filter for even more long distance clarity. I use to keep the index at 220% clarity and sure you can probably see a hint of sharpness but it wasnt worth the cost especially in project cars 2. now that game I run with all graphics at full blast.
