Controller Alternative

Are there any cheap alternatives to the vive controllers? The originals are just way too expensive. I found some cheap bluetooth motion controllers on a chinese website, but I'm not sure if they would work...

Yeah they are very expensive but honestly I don't think there is good durable alternative.

I don't have a vive, but I still want to play some VR games. I know that you can use a phone as a VR headset. The only thing missing are the controllers.

As far as I know , that is no longer possible , trackpads now require the HMD to operate.

walmart carries i think it was either 10-12$ controllers for VR. Smaller than the vives but same functionality to an extent.
