I'm having the same issue and I can't see the comment that you are quoting. Did you solve this?
I didn't get a reply as to what the right procedure was I'm afraid, but in my case a Windows update had recently been installed which I think caused a few issues. I'm afraid I didn't do anything in particular. It just started working the next day (after a restart and a further Windows update). Prior to that, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Steam VR. It's possible any one of those things contributed to it starting to work again, but I'm afraid I couldn't say what exactly. Sorry I can't give you any clear steps. I know how frustrating it is when things inexplicably stop working. Good Luck
Turn on steam VR, click the three lines for the draw down menu, then go to the devices option, then go to bluetooth settings, it will say bluetooth not linked and install bluetooth drivers, from there you can click install and it should get rid of the BCM720903 drivers missing from the device manager section of windows for you guys.
Instead of saying "Bluetooth not linked" mine just says "Bluetooth not available" and there is no option to install Bluetooth drivers. I have no errors showing up in Device Manager and Bluetooth is enabled and working fine for Windows. It is only SteamVR that appears to have a problem.
Have you been able to solve it? , impossible for me .... just reinstalled windows 10 and neither
Same problem for me, my headset won’t even boot and connect now
Thanks SO MUCH for this. I couldn't for the life of me find out where the drivers could be found. Internet searches found nothing concrete. I'm surprised these drivers weren't already installed when I set everything up. I have bluetooth already on my motherboard and the vive worked the other night. So i'm assuming the link box was using the bluetooth drivers already installed??? anyway, thanks a lot!
