How can I watch YouTube VR on HTC Vive?

I keep seeing videos of people watching the Annabelle Experience and The It experience in VR with what looks like an HTC vive headset. I've yet to try and watch YouTube 360 videos on my vive. What's the easiest and best quality way to do it? I don't mind if it costs money either. Thanks

virtual desktop, browse the desktop in virtual desktop, copy 360 link, paste in virtual desktop, it will play the video. THere are many other ways but this is the way i do it.

You need to do two things. First you need to download the video file (steaming them fails half the time) and then get a VR video player.

Virtual desktop (charageable) has one built in which is more or less a case of go to web address and watch...and is probably the best ot be honest given all the other features is includes.

There is also Whirligig VR Media Player which does the job bit is only a video player.

I'd say start with the free ones then work from there. They all work...more or less.
