Best Carat Scroll / Exo?

Ayeee, just now getting back into RF. Wondering what the best scroll / exo combo is for carats. Back when I used to play it was Drunken master but now there's so many lol. Thanks.

Also, would like to know which boss drops black aegis armor. I heard it was the best but not sure how to get it. Thanks.

Exo: Tactical bow
Dh S base gives aegis armor.

ye i agree pretty much all of the another scrolls are good
