此游戏一直延伸至公元1500年，所以台湾作为中国的一部分是必须要加入地图中的。

During this period in history, Taiwan was not part of China (Even though it is now), the name Taiwan did not even exist, there were also not even any Chinese provinces in existence and the ancient Chinese people (Huaxia - 华夏) considered all people not Han to be outsiders. Also, the term "China" did not even exist, as the nation was referred to by the name of the Dynasty.

The people living in Taiwan during this time were native peoples, and not han chinese.
First came the Spanish on the island, then the Dutch people lived there with the Natives.
And only after the Dutch left then the Han People moved there at the end of the Ming Dynasty. From that point onwards, Taiwan has been part of China.
History unfolds slowly, and should not be rushed back into the past to change it.

The developers could include the island of taiwan on the campaign map, but have it empty of any faction and just be an island you can build a city on. If we can reach this compromise, we have an agreement that the geographical location of Taiwan can be included in an expansion. 怎么样?
