This is the first bit of the puzzel the fire and this is easy for me, but the bit after, is hard if you don't know what I mean I get another screenshot.

This is propably one of the the easier ways. Note that if you do not have the low gravity field trained, you can select to reset all your skills in the skill menu, and train what you want.

In case you do not have the DLC (aka. you bought the game a long time ago), here's one way to do it with boxes only. Setting the boxes about as shown in here makes the jumps quite easy.
Constantly jumping throught mirrors gives you boost, if you hold up button. Again, with right timing, you can jump on that swing.
