This should force running game in this resolution in any possible way. If this still not work so probably you may need to mess with display settings in nvidia control panel.

For what it's worth, every game in my library has some sort of display issue at 1366x768. Wierd cause 1920x1080 (same aspect ratio) has ZERO issues.
himatsj, try this what i suggested and Jlarja precised, go to nvidia control panel and try these settings.
Yeah, that's actually caused by idiotic[1] consumer electronic standard makers. In ye olde days, analog TVs used part of the image signal for synchronization, so edges of the image were cut off (later those cut of parts were used to send teletext, among other things). When it was time to create digital TVs and HDMI specification, someone thought it was a great idea to keep clipping the edges of the screen, because otherwise you would have to send different image for analog consumption. So now we have nice, crisp 1080p image, which is cropped to something smaller and then scaled to 1080p, resulting in no longer sharp image.
[1] Yes, yes, there are reasons why this is done, but they are mostly bad.

Curiously, I just tried 1600x1200 but sadly this has issues. It is stretched as if it is 21:9. Thankfully, I don't use that resolution anyways!
Here's what I did:
I changed "Perform Scaling On" DISPLAY to GPU. That's all.
