Is there a place where I can download the music that they use in the game?

you dont have to download but you can easily get it by going to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Trine 2\Soundtrack on windows if you did not move the game to another folder when you installed it

This is where is will appear if you have the Soundtrack & Artbook upgrade. This will only include the soundtrack of the main game.

If you wish to have more, the full Trine franchise soundtrack can be bought from http://www.aripulkkinen.com/shop/

I was looking in Steam Apps and couldn't found Soundtrack :(

You can find the Soundtrack in Steam under the Trine 2: Complete Story page. There's option "Buy Trine 2: Soundtracks & Artbooks" :)

Which format are the ones on Steam in? If they're lossy (eg mp3/ogg), at what bit rate?
I may consider buying the lossless version on Ari's site if they are lossy at relatively low quality on Steam.

Sorry for the delay, but I figured I'd answer here if someone else is wondering about this:

The soundtrack files available through Steam are in .mp3 format and have a bit rate of 256 kbps. I'm not sure what's available through Ari's website[aritunesrecords.com], but they should be higher quality.
