@SpectatorX, thanks for the path info but I run linux, I won't give M$ a dime, i'll check out the steam directory for that file.

There is a path to options.txt file.
@SpectatorX, thank you.
A user reports: "You can also install CompizConfig Settings Manager (CCSM), and select the option Legacy Fullscreen Support under Utility->Workarounds."
@SpectatorX i don't use compiz for a window manager, so there's nothing in this faq that helps me... compiz is being replaced and is considered -Dead- as a project.
This is more of an issue that the developers need to fix as they are determining the size of my screen incorrectly, or, not following their own configuation rules at program init.... if you put the screen into 1920x1080 it goes there, unless you're using some stupid method to start your program. (most windows programmers are guilty of doing this)
setOption(renderingModule, "Windowed", false)
setOption(renderingModule, "WindowTitleBar", true)
If you set the resolution to your desktop resolution, then the game should play almost as if in fullscreen. You could also set the MaximizeWindow property to true and use a lower resolution (this has not been extensively tested however).
I don't like borders and title bars on my windows so i set
setOption(renderingModule, "WindowTitleBar", false)
this makes a full screen window look like full screen.
I need all of my displays going at the same time
