the door is not open, and I've tried several times to restart the level and the door still did not open. I just heard a sound like an open door but nothing happened

Did you try to restart the level from the game's menu? In case it's a bug, you could also try to verify the game cache for the game, instructions for this below:

Right-click on Trine 2 in your Steam Library → choose Properties → navigate to the LOCAL FILES tab → click "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE..." → start Trine 2

If that doesn't help, could you take a picture of the door? This would help to pinpoint the problem. You can for example use Steam's Screenshot feature to do this, by first taking the screenshot in-game by pressing F12 and then uploading it to Steam from your Steam Client.
